Other important things to note

  • Buying options link
    • If at least one e-tailer and Find an Authorized Dealer is available, the link opens a modal and lists all ways to buy.
    • If there are no e-tailers available for the product, and we still have Find an Authorized Dealer as an option, the Text Link & Behavior changes to Find a Dealer and goes directly to the Find a Dealer page. No modal will open.
    • If neither way to buy is available both link options are hidden.
    • If we do not directly sell a product through lexmark.com, but it's available through other vendors, our purchase/stock information is hidden within the modal, and we continue to show purchasing options from other avenues.
    • If ATG is down, there are no purchasing actions, therefore no links are shown and the modal will not open.
  • The stock alert text is shown directly above the purchase action for better visibility and to show users there is an immediate association between the two.
  • The low stock and backorder modals have been removed, because of a concern around the modals being too severe and could deter users from continuing down the purchase funnel.
  • The only button to change color and text based on stock availability will be the Backorder button.
  • The Low stock button will visually be shown as Add to Cart and be accompanied by the relevant low stock alert messaging.
  • Only one label will be present per device. The sale label is promoted over all other labels.
  • Tax regulation text varies by country and the above is for mock purposes only.
